Mars: "Look at him go, what a little man. I can't believe he can climb that by himself."
Venus: "Yeah, awesome (insert sarcasm, worry, frustration...)"
Mars: "Look at him, he loves it up there!"Venus: no comment but admits to herself that he is darn cute up there!

Your husband is so sweet. I ran into him at Haggen's and he came up to us and was super kind and loving toward Royce. He was making Roy bust into smiles. Most men want NOTHING to do with other people's kids. Poor guy too. I said "oh, you're Andrea's husband". He doesn't get a name. He was just as happy being called Andrea's husband though!
