I wish I could figure out how to get the scanner to work with the new computer, then I would scan the picture Braxton just made for his teacher, Mrs. Howell.
It is a picture of Mrs. Howell standing, holding a pointer and pointing to a square (chalk board). There are two kids sitting on a blue carpet. The kids are Braxton and his friend, Madison.
At the top of the picture he wrote "Thank you for the homework please give me more"
He then has 4 other papers where he wrote lots of words that he knows how to spell by himself and where he has numbers written side by side filling the page.
I hope he never looses his desire to work. He would seriously come home and write and draw all day!
And on this note he came home with the sweetest work from school yesterday. It was a worksheet where he had to write a letter (capital and lower case) and then write "is for...._____________"
So this is what he chose at school:
M is for Monster truck
B is for Basketball
D is for Dog
A is for Adelle
The reason this is so cute is because he chose to use his sister as the A noun. Adelle was so proud when he brought it home to show her. He had drawn a little picture of her by her name and he told her she could keep the worksheet. She immediately hung it on the wall.
(and I'm ok with the fact that he picked monster truck for M instead of mom and Dog for D instead of Dad)
It was all just simply smile worthy.
