October 3rd

 Braxton's home from school. Had a fever last night. It's gone now. I love having him home ;)

 Emmett is in heaven. Braxton is his hero. We painted rocks this morning to help us get in the Halloween spirit.

 The painting party died with Gage woke up from his nap!

 There is something magical going on in our hen house. Baby chicks are being born. Like, now!

 There were 12 eggs. They started hatching Tuesday. This is so fun! I want to hold one of those little fuzzy, yellow, puff balls so bad!!

 We can't touch them, yet. This is all we've seen... one yellow, fluffy, backside and two legs. We can just hear the peeps and it's so remarkable.

 Here is my little farmer! He has been waiting 21 days for this. His whole class at school has been waiting too! I wonder if the teacher thinks he's playing hookie today ;)

 The wonder is so awesome.
